Canada/International Orders

• We ship anywhere in the world, except Africa.
• We are not responsible for customs and duties on shipments sent outside the U.S.

Shipping to APO/FPO/APE addresses

• We can ship to APO/FPO/APE addresses via USPS.
• Please call for Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.

Shipping Transit Times

• It typically takes 2-5 days transit time for a package to be sent anywhere in the United states.
• Overnight or Expedited shipping is available, however, you will need to call us for rates and delivery estimates.

Shipping Damages

• Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise. 
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
• You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition.

Order Processing

•  In-Stock orders will typically be shipped within one business day of order processing.
• If we can ship it out the same day, we will.
• Out of Stock orders will typically take less than 5 days for us to acquire the item from the Manufacturer.
• In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

• Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
• You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange; all tags must be attached and must be in the original condition.
• We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
• We handle only the best merchandise; therefore, we have an "All Sales Final Policy". Please contact Prayer Blankets and More before attempting to return an item. We do not issue refunds; if an item is returned for any reason, a store credit - less restocking fee - will be issued. Store Credits must be used within 60 days.
•   Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned items.
•  Any items returned must include the original tags and packaging.
• We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
• If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.

Restocking 

• If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 15% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.
• Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.

• We are not responsible for dry cleaning damages.
